2025 PACAH Spring Conference

PACAH's spring conference will offer various opportunities for companies to showcase their services, products, and expertise, which include a vendor show, sponsorships, and advertising.
PACAH offers a wide range of sponsorships for all budgets, Email Kim Deline if you would like to sponsor.

Advertising
PACAH's digital summit program is a great opportunity to show your support and showcase your company. All advertisements published in our digital program will include interactive links to your company website.

Educational Speaker
We are always looking for experienced speakers that can provide our attendees with practical us and intermediate skill level education on current long-term care hot topics, critical issues, and tools to improve their work performance.
The submission window has closed for the 2025 PACAH Spring Conference, but general submissions are always welcome.
Registration
We are offering two registration types for vendors:
- Vendor - Includes full conference registration
- Networking/Attendance Option - This option is for businesses that would like to attend the full conference but not exhibit. CEUs are not included in this option.
Registration closes on Wednesday, April 9th for exhibitors and Wednesday, April 16th for attendees.

Exhibitor Information
Date: Tuesday, April 29th
Time: 3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Location: Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center
This vendor show will include an afternoon happy hour reception.
Registration fee includes a six-foot table and two chairs. We will not include pipe & drape this year.
Registration closes on Monday, April 1, 2024.
Exhibitor assignments will be distributed once exhibitor registration has closed.
